Where It All Began
Kolphi Services India Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2020 — a year the world stood still, yet one where we chose to move forward. We identified a deep gap in the Indian market: organizations struggling to find specialized talent, and exceptional professionals struggling to find roles worthy of their expertise.

Organisations engaging Kolphi for recruitment or other services agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding job requirements, compensation, and company details
Handle candidate data shared by Kolphi in accordance with applicable data protection laws
Not share candidate profiles received from Kolphi with third parties without prior written consent
Pay agreed fees as per the engagement agreement within the stipulated time
Notify Kolphi of any changes to job requirements or cancellation of mandates promptly
5. Intellectual Property

Candidate-submitted resumes and data remain the property of the respective candidates
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kolphi Services India Private Limited shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Loss of employment opportunity, income, or career progression
Inaccuracies in job listings provided by client organisations
Technical issues, downtime, or data loss on the website
Actions of third-party platforms or services integrated with our website
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to Kolphi in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Privacy & Data
